Shipping policy

We ship your order within 3 business days of purchase.

This service usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at the destination within Canada. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses.

All order are shipped directly to the shipping address the customer provides (we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time). We are not responsible for any mistake made by the customer when entering their address. 

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer local pickup at our studio. You can just use choose the "Pick up at the studio" shipping option when completing your purchase. Then you'll be able to go pick up your purchase at our Montreal studio.

FREE SHIPPING ON QUALIFYING ORDERS 

The Free Parcel Shipping offer applies to natureimprint.ca orders to shipping addresses in Canada only.

To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $100 or more before any taxes, fees or shipping charges are added.

Free shipping will not apply if any purchase of an eligible item is cancelled, resulting in a total purchase of less than $100.
